 Since 25.5.2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) as amended by the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018 apply. This means that all companies and institutions need to take action on contracts, internal processes and data security measures other aggravated penalties.
