WP1 – Project Management

WP1 activities will assure achieving the ambitious HiPE targets within time, quality, and budget. This includes the administrative set-up and management of HiPE, fully in line with the requirements of the call, to ensure an effective and efficient project execution. Strategic and scientific guidance will be provided by two main governing bodies, i.e., the Technical and Strategic Steering Boards.

The WP consists of four tasks:

• Task 1.1: Overall project management
• Task 1.2: Strategic steering board
• Task 1.3: Technical Steering Board
• Task 1.4: WP and Task Management
